The 2019-2020 Cougar Contributor campaign is underway! You can become a Cougar Contributor by:
Cougar Contributor Levels are below, and you can read the benefits for each level here:
- Clicking the link above to visit our online store and contribute online. Paying online includes a processing fee.
- Paying by check. Leave your check along with this form in the PTO mailbox by the school lunchroom.
Cougar Contributor Levels are below, and you can read the benefits for each level here:
- Diamond Level: $5,000
- Platinum Level: $2,500
- Gold Level: $1,000
- Silver Level: $500
- Bronze Level: $250
- Friend Level: under $200
2019-2020 PTO Membership
The Cougar PTO exists to strengthen, enhance and encourage the educational and social environment of Crestline. Membership includes one free printed directory. We will open membership for 2019-2020 soon!
*Families new to Crestline will receive an email in August with an invitation to register with Membership Toolkit. Once you have registered an account, you will be able to visit the store and join the PTO as well as become a Cougar Contributor. You will also have access to our online directory.
